Project Description: Construction of the 40km long four-lane expressway along the south side of the Fraser River that connects the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal in Delta to Highway 1 at 176th Street in Surrey.

Springline was successfully in bidding and negotiating 12 separate contracts to a total of 25 million dollars. The scope of the work varied from a 250,000 m3 excavation and shotcrete wall component to utility and grading components and preload and gravel supply and placement throughout the project.

• 10 km grading and drainage
